I was able to use the cable for both the Wouxun programming software as well as CHIRP for the KG935. My RT Systems cable did not work for unknown reasons.
After the fiasco with the previous cable being the wrong cable due to incorrect website formatting, I got the correct cable in just 3 days from purchase to in hand!!! Talk about on the ball!!! The cable works superb, (unlike the commie built winblows crapware the put out for their own devices, Wouxun I'm talking to you, and the website here formatted for desktops only!) 🤦🏽♂️
This cable is very well built, made of durable components, (it feels like,) and above all works just like quality cables should, firm and with sturdy hold. This cable doesn't require work or "manhandling", to get it inserted or removed although it fits snuggly in the radio, (Wouxun KG-UV9GX,) it felt like it was actually made for the device specifically, by an American company. It's that good, I talk any more highly about it. It definitely is worth the 5 stars, even the MyGMRS crew for getting it out to me in such a quick turnaround! I can't be pleased anymore with it!
