Good antenna

Well it's a great antenna after I got it tuned , beats my old 1/4 wave I was using hands down .

Great Unit for the Price

Most say the the receive is now pulling in distant stations. Haven't had a lot of contacts with it yet to give better details on that. Only draw back I'm having with it, the increased length is hitting more limbs with it on the roof! Small price to pay for a better antenna.

2 weeks and have not received

I received the radio and the mag mount promptly,, but its been 2 weeks and the USPS has not delivered the antenna yet.....

Real pleased with the antenna. Was easy to tune. Cut according to Tram tuning directions and got a 1.2 swr on second cut. Close enough!

Tam 1173 NMO UHF Antenna

There was no instructions on how to tune the antenna. I could not get it below 3.5 SWR.
